Bir üreticisiniz ya da bazı mallarınız var yurtdışında pazarlamak istiyorsunuz ya da bir maketler zincirinin sahibisiniz yurtdışında şube açmak istiyorsunuz ama ne nerede nasıl yapılır hiç bir bilginiz yok…
Yurtdışında şirket kurmak, işyeri açmak, şube açılışı yapmak, ofis açmak, yurt dışında ihracat faaliyetleri gerçekleştirmek ve Türk şirketlerinin uluslararasılaşması açısından oldukça faydalıdır.
Yurt dışında şirket kurulumu – şube açılışı
Yurtdışında şirket kurmak ya da şube açmak için, firmanın kurulacağı ülkenin kanun ve mevzuatına uygun hareket edilmesi gerekir. Bu amaçla Türkiye’den özel durumlar dışında, özellikle Dış Ticaret Müsteşarlığı’ndan alınması gereken bir izin yoktur. Hiç bir izin almadan direk yurt dışında firma açılabilir. (tek bir istisnayla, devlet yardımlarından faydalanmak istiyorsanız ihracatçı birlikklerine başvuruda bulunmanız gerekmekte) Yurt dışında firma açmak için yardım alabileceğiniz bir kurum mevcut, Dış Ticaret Müsteşarlığı’nın ilgili ülkedeki Ticaret Müşavirleri ve Ataşeleri.

internet sitesinden o ülkedeki Ticaret Müşavirliği ya da Ataşeliğinin iletişim bilgilerini alıp, onlarla iletişime geçmekte fayda var. Nasıl şirket kurulur, vergi oranları nelerdir, nereye vergi verilir, hangi kurumlardan izin alınır ve hatta devlet yardımları nasıl alınır gibi tüm konularda Ticaret Müşavirleri ya da Ataşelerinden telefonla, eposta ile ya da direk gidip görüşülerek bilgi alınabilir. Bu belki de yurtdışında şirket kurmak ya da şube açmak için ilk yapılması gereken işlem olmalıdır.
